Real estate photography · Greater New Orleans
Your listing, shot and delivered in 24 hours.
Book online in two minutes — address, lockbox code, done. I show up, make the house look like it should, and the finished photos are in your inbox by tomorrow.
The problem
Booking a photographer shouldn’t be the hardest part of your listing.
Phone tag to get a date
Three texts and two voicemails just to find out if Thursday works. Meanwhile your seller is asking when the photos happen.
“Just call me when you get there”
No lockbox code, no alarm info, a photographer standing in the driveway calling your cell while you’re in a closing.
Sellers who weren’t prepped
Dog bowls, laundry, counters full of stuff — and photos that make a good house look tired.
Days of waiting
The house is ready, the sign is up, and the listing sits dark while the photos are “almost done.”
The plan
Here’s exactly how it goes.
You book online.
Address, package, preferred times, and access — lockbox code, gate, alarm — all collected up front. No phone tag, ever. Your seller automatically gets a link to my prep checklist so the house is actually ready.
I handle the house.
Lights on, blinds set, fans off — then a streamlined shot list that covers every room, the exterior, and the selling features buyers care about. In and out without bothering anyone.
Photos land in your inbox.
Professionally edited, MLS-ready sizes plus full-resolution files, delivered by download link. Post the listing, send the seller the gallery, look brilliant.

The work
Shot for the way buyers actually browse.
Straight verticals, real color, and compositions that show how a home flows — because the first six photos decide whether a buyer keeps scrolling.

Your guide
Hi, I’m Corey. I shoot listings the way you run deals: on time, no surprises.
I photograph homes across Greater New Orleans — Metairie, Kenner, Destrehan, and everywhere in between. Not just the million-dollar ones: the real listings, shot fast and shot right, at a price that fits a listing budget.
Everything about working with me is built around one idea — you shouldn’t have to think about the photos. You book once, and the next thing you do is download them.
Book your shootQuestions agents ask
The fine print, minus the fine print.
How fast will I really get the photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot — usually the next morning. You get a download link with MLS-ready sizes and full-resolution files.
What do you need from me when I book?
The address, which package you want, your preferred time windows, and how I get in — lockbox code, smart lock, or who’s meeting me. That’s the whole point of the online booking: I never have to call you from the driveway.
What if the house isn’t ready when you arrive?
Your seller gets my prep checklist as soon as you book, so this rarely happens. If I walk in and it’s not close, I’ll text you a couple of phone photos and let you decide: shoot as-is or reschedule. Your call, no lectures.
Do you shoot occupied homes?
All the time. The prep checklist is written for real families living in real houses — if it’s not furniture or decoration, it just needs to be out of sight.
Where do you shoot?
Greater New Orleans and the surrounding areas. Not sure if that covers your listing? Email me the address — if I can’t get there, I’ll tell you fast.
Is the $50 first shoot really the full service?
Yes — full shoot, full editing, 24-hour delivery. It’s a one-time price for new agents because I’d rather show you than pitch you.
What if I have a cheaper quote?
Email it to corey@cfdesign.studio and we’ll match it.
Ready when you are
